MarshallTalk is an Internet BLOG that discusses hard to deal with and controversial issues including Race, Politics, Class, Gender, Media, etc. The goal is to debate these issues and try to come up with some practical solutions. We also have weekly and monthly polls on a variety of topics. Marshall is a VERY emotional, direct to the point writer and previous Internet Radio Personality (Hopefully we can do something about that soon!). He really would appreciate your frequent debate/participation.
Re: Is there anything wrong with being a racist?

Frankly this is one of the dumbest blog entries I have read.
Racism only exists when it manifests itself in some form or another - if someone is racist but never gives any indication of it whatsoever then it may as well not exist as no one would know.
The vast majority of people commit no purposeful, aggressive actions that are racist and yet remain seperated from other racial groups despite not harbouring feelings of aggression, superiority or racist feelings - because it is human nature to "hang with one's own". People work with people of different races but do not have contact socially for example.
What a lame attempt to gloss over the issues. So simplistic and lacking in analysis also.
